JAIL ADMINISTRATOR Jeffrey Heagwood, Is fully in charge of the Phillips County Detention Center. A 100 male facility that houses 4 types of prisoners. County arrests, HWH City arrest, State inmates and Federal inmates. This facility is held to the Arkansas Jail Standards in which they are in good standings.
Mr. Heagwood brings a long history of law enforcement as well as military training to his office. He is committed to keeping the residences of Phillips county safe as well as protective rights of housed inmates.
